CTA Travel (Cerritos Travel Agency) started as a small independent travel company that opened its doors in Cerritos in September 1975 and today has grown into a multimillion dollar business. CTA Travel is the oldest standing travel agency in Cerritos, celebrating 40 years in 2015. Throughout the community and travel industry, CTA Travel is well respected for its commitment to crafting unique experiences and vacation memories to last a lifetime.
For more than 30 years, Cathie Lentz Fryer has been the owner and president of CTA Travel, investing her time and talents into the community. Fryer graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in Marketing and Public Relations.
CTA Travel has had the opportunity to participate in many community events such as the “Taste of the Region,” as well as partnering with local companies and residents to meet their travel needs. CTA Travel is an active Cerritos Regional Chamber of Commerce member. The storefront location in the Cerritos Plaza Shopping Center provides local residents with a place to work through vacation planning. CTA Travel is staffed by a team of experts offering a full range of services, including vacation planning, corporate travel management, destination wedding coordination, group meetings and incentive planning.

Annually, the CTA team participates in the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer walk.
